Mission You will be in charge of assisting Lectra Customers and Lectra technical personnel with IT-related service issues received by the Call Centre/Welcome Centre.
Profile With Bachelor degree in IT, you have minimum 2 years experience in software industrial or related field and a technical support experience in IT domains. You have a strong technical and trouble-shooting skills and a thorough knowledge of PC hardware, software and peripherals and you are familiar with network, Databases and Internet technologies. If you are dynamic, having commitment and a desire to give service, please do not hesitate to send your application.
