Operating through our five International Call Centers located in Bordeaux Cestas (France), Milan (Italy), Madrid (Spain), Atlanta (USA) and Shanghai (China), our software and business experts are able to resolve customer issues in real time. They thus help optimize customers’ return on investment by reducing or even eliminating the risk of production equipment downtime. They are supported by our technical experts, who are able to travel to customers’ sites when necessary, in order to provide maintenance and support, demonstrating a clear commitment to Customer Care.  



Our Administrative and Finance teams, together with our Human Resources teams are watchdogs of the company's quality and success. Our IT team ensures Lectra's smooth running via an international network and powerful infrastructure, enabling our teams to provide the best possible service in total security for our customers the world over.
