Our Research and Development laboratory is dedicated to innovation. The teams work closely with Marketing and customers to define, conceive and develop the software and equipment offerings of tomorrow. To support these developments – particularly for PLM and Design – we constantly recruit new talents to develop our Research and Development teams.

In order to be closer to our customers and to help them analyze their needs and define the solutions to put in place, our Sales teams bring expertise and quality service to each market. Whether it is our sales technicians, sales managers, consultants, product specialists or implementation experts – all of our teams are fully dedicated to our customers. 

In providing service to our customers, our software and business experts resolve problems and help optimize customer performance while reducing or eliminating the risk of downtime – all in real time – through our five International Call Centers  in Bordeaux (France), Milan (Italy), Madrid (Spain), Atlanta (USA) and Shanghai (China).

Human Resources and Administrative teams are also charged with assisting the teams who are in direct relation with our customers; they guarantee the quality and performance of the organization. The Information Technology team  ensures the proper functioning of Lectra, and also guarantees maximum service throughout the world in total security, thanks to our international network and high performance infrastructure.

Approximately 140 employees, primarily based in Bordeaux, France, are dedicated to the production of our equipment, ensuring the delivery of high quality solutions.
