Founded in 2005 in Bordeaux-Cestas, Lectra Academy, our global internal training center, has several missions:- to transmit the culture and values of the company; - to adapt and update professional skills and the "business" know-how of our employees to support the Group's strategy and reinforce the performance of the company worldwide; - to be proactive in spotting and developing talent to anticipate and ensure good career management.

Customized training |

We offer a wide array of training to our employees throughout the world. The Lectra Academy team works in direct contact with the human resources teams and the managers of each department or branch to establish, in line with company strategy, training plans adapted to the specifics of the different industries and the missions of each.
Seminars are organized and led by Lectra experts or by outside trainers. Distance training currently represents over 40% of training carried out and involves updating the knowledge of our offer, the acquisition of skills related to our customers' businesses and training in internal procedures.
