CALL CENTER HARDWARE SUPPORT (1st Level) M/F

Mission
This position will be responsible for direct customer interaction and trouble-shooting, assisting Lectra customers and Lectra technical personnel for CAM-related service and application issues received through the European Call Center.

Profile
You have several years of working experience with computer aided manufacturing and hold a degree in electronic, mechanic or manufacturing. You have very good problem solving skills and show a good customer care attitude. In addition you have a good written and spoken level of English.
