The Controller will lead financial and accounting support for Mexico City office while working with leadership for North America Finance and Operations.

This position will be responsible for implementing defined new accounting processes and systems in collaboration with US.

In addition, this person will be responsible for overseeing processes in sales, customer service, service, and marketing to ensure compliance with established processes and procedures.

The ideal candidate with have a 4-year degree in accounting or finance, CPA, knowledge of IFRS as well as at least 3 years of management and controller experience.

It is essential that this person has strong leadership skills, and is able to motivate and maintain team engagement while implementing process change.
