RECRUITER / HR GENERALIST M/F
|
Mission
The HR Generalist will be responsible for assisting the HR Director in executing operational processes related to human resources activities in compliance with established corporate policies and procedures, as well as with local laws and regulations. A key focus of this position is supporting the growth initiatives of North America by managing recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing 3rd party recruiters and on-boarding candidates.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have 5 + years of progressive experience in human resources and experience in full lifecycle recruiting. A PHR or SPHR designation is desired, in addition to a 4-year degree in human resources management or related field. English language is required, Spanish would be a plus.
