Document Vault is the cornerstone module for your Development office. Integrated into CAD modules, it allows you to catalog and control access to your documents via a database (Oracle). Document Vault lets you organize your documents in a meaningful way for your business. They are classified by: Reference, Brand, Collections, Themes, Technological or Business families, Managers, Designers etc.
Document Vault, by default, works in client server mode. Remote access to the database via Intranet/Internet is possible, while at the same time controlling user access and other rights associated with the documents. Installation in Citrix mode is also available.
Document Vault manages the configuration of each of your references. Versioning, document status, the list of documents associated with each variant of a model, external applications, etc. Access to your data is really easy. Protecting and storing your technical assets is made much simpler.
