The PLH solution integrates several workstations for contour acquisition, digitizing of flaws and quality zones, nesting and cutting. Used in combination with the Romans Cad®© software suite, it delivers precise digitization and offers automated, manual and combined nesting possibilities. Its fixed table cutter has a double work area enabling two half hides to be processed simultaneously, eliminating idle time for loading and unloading. The offline configuration allows further optimization and streamlining of production.
