PLF - nesting and cutting solution for leather, card, foam and fabric

Available with one or two cutting zones, the PLF solution caters for different production models, from prototyping to small and medium runs and made-to-measure. The PLF solution meets all flexibility requirements through its ability to switch in seconds from leather cutting (on two separate areas) to fabric cutting (on a single large cutting area), and to rapidly update cutting orders and scanning parameters.

It also meets the profitability and productivity objectives of the automotive sector, in particular with its nesting solution, which can save up to 5% extra material and its automated cutting with a high-frequency vibrating blade, which guarantees consistent precision and cut quality.
