Smart services at the heart of the system

The Vector automatic cutting systems feature Lectra’s smart service technology, which keeps them in continuous, secure dialogue with the Lectra Call Center nearest to the production site. Equipped with over 120 sensors that transmit data in real time, Vectors are able to maintain continuous monitoring and provide assistance in real time, assuring optimal performance and production levels.

The cutter’s pilot software includes a maintenance system that allows it to evaluate and manage the need for interventions. An alert system allows for preventative maintenance before any difficulties occur, limiting the need for help and ensuring maximum uptime. Detailed error reports are regularly produced to allow intervention at the exact level of difficulty before or after communication with the Call Center. These actions are recorded and analyzed to improve the efficiency of remote interventions.
