fabrics, announced the appointment of Jerry Inman as Vice President
of Marketing for North America. |
 Based in New York City and reporting to Lectra North America
President David Rode, Jerry Inman is responsible for directing the
overall marketing operations of Lectra in the United States, Canada
and Mexico. He will create and oversee a number of major marketing
initiatives in order to build on Lectra’s installed customer base
in the region and win new customers in all markets in which Lectra
is present, including fashion – particularly in the fast-growing
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain – as well as the
automotive, aeronautical, marine and furniture markets. Jerry Inman
will make a significant contribution to Lectra North America’s
objectives of increasing revenues from $50 million in 2005 to $100
million by 2010, and achieving undisputed leadership in all its
markets. “We are pleased to welcome such a seasoned professional to
our executive team,” said David Rode. “Jerry’s experience
and talent will play an important role as Lectra continues to
strengthen its leadership position, particularly in the fashion PLM
domain. He brings a wealth of knowledge from his experience in

retention and growth programs.” Jerry Inman brings more than 20 years of strategic marketing
experience at growing companies. Most recently he served as a
marketing executive at Information Builders, a leader in business
intelligence and integration software. As Director of Marketing he
helped generate significant revenue growth through the development
and deployment of global marketing strategies, lead generation and
solution strategies. Prior to his work at Information Builders, he
was at Computer Associates, a leading provider of systems and
application software, where his responsibilities included
advertising, public relations, direct mail and other related
