Special Interfiliere - September 2005
summary
For 17 years now, Lectra’s world-leading technology has helped
lingerie manufacturer ACE Style address its major strategic
challenges in a highly competitive industry. Launching ACE Style
Intimate Apparel Ltd. in 1985, Andrew and Mimi Sia sought to add
greater value to lingerie brands by emphasizing design early in the
product development. ACE Style asserted its originality from the
outset by introducing the new concept of lingerie «coordinates,»
combining bras, panties, camisoles, and other related items made
from the same fabric and featuring the same print pattern. The
company also proposed its own wide range of coordinates. Success
came quickly, and has continued ever since. | |
