Lectra Greater China is looking for an enthusiastic:

HARDWARE SUPPORT SPECIALIST

任务
You will be responsible for providing assistance to Lectra Customers and Lectra technical personnel for CAM-related service requests received by the Call Centre/Welcome Centre. You will successfully make system analysis and trouble shoot the issues.
You will also compile and implement a knowledge base of information.

简介
You are qualified in electro-technology and/or mechanics with a minimum of 3 year experience in the apparel or technical textiles industry or in a customer service department in a high-tech sector.
You are customer oriented and have the willingness to maximize the customer satisfaction.
Your high level of process analysis and communication skills as well as your solid knowledge of Computer Aided Manufacturing hardware equipments will make you succeed in this position.
