Our team in Lectra Germany is looking for a motivated:
CALL CENTER SOFTWARE SUPPORT (1st Level) M/F
|
任务 This position will be responsible for direct customer interaction and trouble-shooting, assisting Lectra customers and Lectra technical personnel for CAD-, 2D and 3D-related service and application issues received through the European Call Center, especially regarding leather solutions.
简介 You have several years of working experience with computer aided design and hold a degree in the leather industry. You have very good problem solving skills and show a good customer care attitude. In addition you have a good written and spoken level of English.
