The Lectra Italia team is looking for an enthusiastic:

SALES COORDINATOR

任务
Located Milan, you will be an active Sales Coordinator supporting the Sales Manager & the Sales Team, compiling sales data, analyzing, and generating reports.
You will be in charge of Sales Analysis & Reporting (compiling, preparing and maintaining sales reports, actively following up the sales campaigns, guaranteeing the respect of the Sales Procedure), of the Customer Service and Coordination (managing incoming/outgoing mail and telephone calls, supporting customers when they address directly to Milan offices) as well as of the Sales Team Support (drafting presentations and Sales Proposals, supporting Sales persons in their daily work,...).
You will work closely together with the sales account managers.

简介
You have a BA degree, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years administrative and sales assistant experience.
You have an advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications. CRM (Siebel) experience a plus. You are dynamic, with strong communication and organizational skills. Your ability to prioritize and handle several urgent projects at once will make you succeed in this position.
As a team player your work is oriented so as to give the best support to the sales team and to the customers.
English and Italian (both spoken and written) are required. French is a plus.
