POSITION SUMMARY

Lectra, a major player in the Fashion Industry offering high value-added technological solutions is seeking a Fashion Marketing Manager to manage marketing efforts for brand position, awareness, demand and lead generation. This high-impact role will work across functions and in partnership with Sales. This position requires a candidate with a blend of strategy, technical, creative, analytic and project management expertise

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Fashion Marketing Manager will report directly to the VP of Marketing and be responsible for the development and management of broad-based B2B Fashion marketing programs, implementation and results.

Duties and responsibilities of the role:

  • Execute the company’s Fashion marketing strategy and programs (internal/external branding, lead generation, advertising/sponsorships, events, digital marketing and social media)
  • Oversee marketing lead generation
  • Provide short and long term market reports, and trends to assist in the acquisition new customers
  • Maintain corporate standards to ensure consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials
  • Perform industry and competitive analysis to help positioning and messaging
  • Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with an array of cross-functional team members and external vendors in order to  increase marketing's contribution to pipeline growth
  • Manage, and monitor the budget linked to his/her activity

 

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field

 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Knowledge of the Fashion Industry a plus
  • Expertise in lead generation, digital marketing and social media.
  • Proven Sales Collaboration / Sales Enablement abilities
  • Experience in executing successful Marketing Event/Tradeshows
  • CRM and marketing automation experience – Sales Force and Marketo a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills – strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions
  • Highly creative with the ability to innovate and originate ideas
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

 

TRAVEL:

  • The position is in New York City or Atlanta
  • There will be up to 30% of traveling required to customer sites/Lectra offices in North America and internationally.
