Content Factory Manager M/F



Your Role:


Reporting to the Vice-President Demand Generation, the Content Factory Manager is responsible for producing all the content required to meet the editorial needs of the Go-To-Market teams to deliver marketing qualified leads and consequently achieve sales targets. 


The Content Factory Manager will also be required to set up and manage a Customer Reference Program, in order to ‘industrialize’ the collection and production of customer testimonials to enable a more agile distribution on all communication channels.


The main tasks of the Content Factory Manager are to:

- Define the year’s editorial plan with the Go-To-Market teams, based on a solid understanding of buyer personas, their challenges and the purchasing cycle as well as product/campaign news

- Guarantee overall consistency and define the editorial line of the content produced for all markets

- Manage production, both with the team and with service providers when necessary

- Be proactive and suggest new content, concepts, angles

- Follow the market trends in Content Marketing to ensure an innovative and highly ROI-oriented approach to product content

- Set up activity reports and anticipate peaks in activity to facilitate production

- Establish and manage the Customer Reference Program


In charge of a team of four English-speaking Content Project Managers, the Content Factory Manager will also be responsible for:

- Assisting them with their tasks on a daily basis to ensure that all needs are covered by their productions

- Informing them of priorities according to production planning and immediate business requirements

- Helping them to develop their skills and overall professional competence



Your Profile:


- A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar position with a software vendor or B2B player in a complex sales context and a multinational environment

- Management and production experience with short lead times

- A sound understanding of technological fields and Content Marketing techniques

- A very strong business orientation with a high-level understanding of international issues

- A high sense of precision and thoroughness; organized, structured and responsive

- A mature mentality and strong interpersonal skills (listening, diplomacy, adaptability)

- Fluent English essential, Chinese a plus
