Customer Care Smart Services Support (f/m)
Field of activity:
The person will provide proactive remote support in Lectra CAM products to customers, obtain satisfaction from customers for our Smart Service and help retaining service contract with the customers.
The person will call customers who are connected to Smart Service, give them advice to prevent troubles from happening. Manage calls until problem resolution and propose organizational solutions for our customers. The person will have monthly discussion with Smart Service customers in order to review the history of troubles, activities and future action plans for the improvement.
The person will also assists the field work of other engineers.
