Internal Sales Coordinator – Consumables & Parts (f/m)

The primary function of this position is to support the local development of Spare Parts and Consumables sales (blades, sharpening tools, cutting support, maintenance kits, drills, and rolls consumables, such as paper or polyethylene) in DACH region.



Main activities:

- Active sales of C&P to dedicated accounts

- Local and regional stock management and FC planning

- Logistics and order follow-up

- Import of C&P material and preparing of needed documents

- Preparing customer offers, execution of orders and invoicing

- Negotiation of offers

- Order management

- Customs’ paperwork

- Customer relation management

- Monthly business reporting to superior


Beside activities:

- Process improvements

- Backup of local team and Polish C&P Sales Manager

- Backup of Office Admin functions



- 3 years or above of relevant experience related to internal sales (within C&P activity would be preferred) with a minimum of 2 years in direct B2B sales

- Team player and open minded behavior

- Dynamic, tenacious and autonomous in the relationship with internal and external customers

- Computer literate (ERP systems like Oracle/SAP, CRM, MSOffice, Internet…)

- Stock management and customs’ regulations in regards to Import/Export

- Basic accounting skills

- Well organized and good in-time management in order to achieve yearly action plan

- Proven ability to communicate effectively

- Self-dependent working behaviour and ability to assert oneself

- Fluency in German and English is mandatory, Polish language in addition
