Rani Rao

Rani Rao has been the Chief People Officer since August 2019, and a member of the Executive Committee since July 16, 2021.

After holding different roles in Human Resources at Disneyland Paris between 1990 and 2003, she worked as Vice President Human Resources in a variety of businesses with strong international backgrounds. She worked as Vice President Human Resources for France with the American technology company BMC Software, followed by an American market research company (Information Resources), after which she moved to a British group specialized in the fashion industry (PGM). Most recently she was the Vice President Human Resources for France and Western Europe with the French company Coface specialized in trade insurance. 

Rani Rao holds a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma University (USA) and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from IGS (France).
