Lectra is expanding its Professional Services team in Milan

We're hiring a Software Technical Expert (TE) for our PLM projects.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will define the technical implementation and lead and coordinate the daily activity of the software developers on the assigned projects

Essential responsibilities
• Validate the technical feasibility of customers’ requirements
• Contribute to the technical design of the solution
• Map functional to detailed technical specifications
• Configure the solution in order to reflect the functional modeling
• Assign tasks to the technical team, reporting to the Project Manager
• Install and administrate the solution
• Technical customization of the solution
• Build reports and develop interfaces
• Run technical training on customer sites.

 

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management IS or related technical field with a minimum of 2 years’ experience participating to project implementation (including internship and apprenticeship experiences)
• Ability to analyze issues and system environment efficiently
• Javascript, CSS, HTML5 mastership
• MongoDB and Node.JS are a must
• Source Code Management (SVN)
• SQL / HQL knowledge
• Non SQL Databases knowledge is a plus
• Web services, database (Oracle) and architecture skills is a plus
• Experience in application and systems integration including ETL is a plus
• Good interpersonal and listening skills, autonomy and tact
• On top of Italian, you must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Willing to travel up to 40% of the time to customer sites and Lectra offices
