The Solution Specialist is a key contributor in promoting and implementing Lectra’s offer for our prospects and customers.
The Solution Specialist is supporting the sales teams in selling our solutions through his/her active contribution during the presales process, demonstrating the added value of our Solutions as defined by the Business Specialist.
He or She is also collaborating to the Consulting and Solution Implementation phases, including training and support activities.
The Solution Specialist role in Sweden requires a strong drive and outgoing business development attitude to connect and build a strong relationship with the existing customer base but also to expand the Lectra network and to discover new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain connection with Lectra’s installed base in the Baltic countries in order to develop business opportunities with this base.
• Actively look for new prospects, business opportunities with new prospects by exploiting the business network.
• Maintaining and expanding network in the fashion industry in Baltic Countries.
• Contribute to the overall design and detail design of the solution

• Assist the customer during the pilot phase, bring expertise on the solution

• Run standard training as per Lectra training catalog
• Provide support (on site or remotely) to our customer

- Bachelor degree in fashion technology discipline or related area will be required. Master degree will be a strong plus.
- Some years of working experience is a strong plus however more than that the attitude and business development behaviour is important. Graduates will be considered. Relevant solution experience will be ideal.  Experience in Fashion industry will be preferred, along with the number of different positions occupied covering different levels of the product lifecycle management (Line Planning, Costing, Creation, Pattern design, Manufacturing, Sourcing…)

- Lectra or other technology knowledge; technical and functional knowledge.
- Good level of process analysis and synthesis skills
- Customer relationship management skills (client facing and business development capabilities)

- Industry knowledge and strong clients’ processes knowledge
- Fluency speaking/writing in Estonian and Russian. Very good business speaking and writing skills in English.
