Based in Ismaning the Sales Coordinator provides support to the Sales Directors Germany & EEC including all operational and strategic tasks. In this position the person is responsible for compiling sales data, analyzing and generating reports for the region. Additionally he/she contributes to

- Improve sales pipeline

- Accelerate integration of new account managers

- Monitor and apply consultative selling

- Ensure the proper implementation of the company´s strategy.




- Compile, prepare und maintain necessary reports to prepare the sales pipeline and revenues forecast

- Monitor Customer Relationship Process in our CRM (Salesforce) system

- Manage Salesforce administration and create offers in CRM Salesforce

- Support the Account Managers and Sales Directors in offer development by applying Lectra’s strategy as well as sales rules and guidelines

- Validate offers in respect to content

- Interface with Headquarters

- Communication with Sales Teams in the region (Germany, Russia, Adriatic, Romania and Poland)

- Sales revenue follow up and validation for the region

- Manage own accounts on C-level.




Advanced knowledge of CRM Salesforce

- Should be persistent and resourceful

- Must be computer literate in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications

- Must have strong communication and organizational skills

- Ability to prioritize and handle several projects at once

- Must be a self-starter and ability to work with minimum instruction

- Must be a team player and successful in handling multiple priorities

- Fluent in German and English

- 3-5 years sales assistant experience

- Alternatively a former Field Sales person with affinity for sales admin tasks

- BA degree or equivalent experience required.
