• Achieve and exceed order objectives (personal and team objectives)

• Aggressively develop the business by increasing market share through constant pipeline with existing and new accounts

• Sell added value propositions

• Manage the sales team in Eastern Europe, including:

- Motivate develop and retain staff

- Define team action plan, setting goals and targets to each account manager

- Control the quality of the data in the CRM tool and the accuracy of the reporting

- Coordinate necessary training for the account managers; coach and mentor staff

- Encourage team work among the sales team

• Ensure a good coordination with other departments.




• Four-year university Degree, preferably in Business, Manufacturing Engineering

• Additional business or sales management formal education preferred

• Fluent in German and English, knowledge of an Eastern European language is a plus

• 5 to 6 years experience in the management of sales teams in relevant industries using a wide range of techniques

• At least 8 years experience in direct sales of high value solutions at the executive level

• A proven track record of sales

• Deep knowledge of the manufacturing and retailing business

• Proven successful experience in large account management


The job requires intensive traveling to customer sites/Lectra offices within the Region.
