This enables the majority of subscriber queries and issues to be rapidly analyzed and resolved remotely. Online and On-site Support
Subscribers’ equipment is directly connected to a Lectra Customer Care center, so most issues can be analyzed and repaired remotely, guaranteeing the shortest time to repair. If on-site support is required, we will send a qualified Lectra technician with replacement parts to perform the repairs.

Preventive and Predictive Maintenance
Maintenance is vital to the performance of Lectra equipment. We plan regular preventive system audits with no disruption to subscribers’ production schedules. An Industry 4.0-ready cutting room takes maintenance one step farther. Sensors in Lectra equipment alert us to potential issues, allowing us to intervene before failure even occurs.

Software Evolutions
Lectra software is regularly updated with new functionalities. Subscribers can start using the latest version as soon as it’s ready. Subscribers choose the best time to install the new version and we help them make the transition – ensuring the new parameters are set while providing all the support their teams need.

Spare Parts
At Lectra, we have our own inventories of spare parts. Based on our experience, we know which parts are most frequently replaced and which are most critical. Scheduled supply and replacement of spare parts enable subscribers to save time and control maintenance costs. Subscribers get priority access to stock, with no need to wait for a quotation approval.
