Our Customer Support Engineers from the Lectra Expertise Center are here to provide technical support for those of you who are using Lectra’s cutting solutions. Their objective is to detect and resolve potential technical issues, preventing and fixing breakdowns as quickly as possible.
With an effective escalation management process set in place, 90% of our cases are resolved locally at the first level of intervention. For special cases that need extra attention, our teams will require direct support from the R&D team.
