Maximilien Abadie

Maximilien Abadie is Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Product Officer and a member of the Executive Committee since January 15, 2019.

Together with Daniel Harari and the Executive Committee, he directs and formalizes the definition of the group’s strategy, ensures that it is well understood by each team and drives the implementation of strategic planning activities. He also leads external development initiatives (acquisitions and partnerships). In addition, he is in charge of the product strategy and oversees all related aspects, from discovery to post-launch performance management.

Maximilien Abadie joined Lectra in January 2012 as a Project Manager reporting to Lectra's Chief Executive Officer. He was then appointed Strategic Planning Analyst in 2013, then Vice President Strategy in 2016 and then Chief Strategy Officer in 2019 and finally Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Product Officer since 2022. He holds a master’s degree in finance from the Bocconi University (Italy), as well as a bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Paris-Dauphine (France), and a bachelor degree in econometrics from the University of Paris-Assas (France).
