Lectra Digital Cutting Platform

Cloud-based, Lectra Digital Cutting Platform is a data hub that connects your IT system and the cutting room, ensuring efficient planning, cutting and optimization processes. On the Platform, you will find data (on products, materials and orders), connectors (to ERP systems, MIS, CRM systems) and applications.

Virga, single-ply fabric cutting line

Smart and connected to the Lectra Digital Cutting Platform, Virga is a high-performance cutting line designed for data-sharing and maximum throughput from loading to offloading. Virga incorporates high-definition vision system and next-generation algorithms for speedy, automated motif management and cutting.

The solution also provides extensive flexibility: we can send the model to the cutter, select the cutting orders and even group them by fabric, and detect defects and launch re-cuts when necessary.
