Lectra’s Expertise Centers

The Expertise Center is a privileged point of contact with our customers to carry out preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure uninterrupted production. The role of the Customer Support Engineers within the Expertise Center is to provide technical support for customers who are using Lectra’s cutting solutions in order to resolve technical anomalies before breakdowns or to fix breakdowns as soon as possible.

Lectra has twelve Expertise Centers based in France (Bordeaux-Cestas), in the USA (Atlanta and Tolland), Brazil (Blumenau), Vietnam (Hô Chi Minh, Turkey (Istanbul), Spain (Madrid), Italy (Milan, Japan (Osaka), Portugal (Porto), South Korea (Seoul) and China (Shanghai).
