Borbonese, a historic and iconic Italian brand renowned for its bags and accessories, has embarked on an ambitious transformation project encompassing all collection management processes. The goal is to modernize its organization, technology, and workflows to make the company more agile and innovation-driven.

Before adopting the new solution, Borbonese relied on an underperforming internal tool, with data scattered across multiple sources and files.

The project lasted approximately five months and covered all key phases, from requirements analysis and configuration to testing, integration, data migration, and user training. The solution was implemented by Deep, a senior Lectra partner, which also oversaw the other aspects of the transformation project.
