Cawé writes the next chapter of its success

To begin writing the next chapter of Rentokil Initial’s workwear business success, CAWÉ is redefining its workflow together with Lectra, streamlining collaboration between internal operations and a network of contract manufacturers in Northern Africa and Central Europe.

To interlink internal operations and contract manufacturers across three countries, CAWÉ lays a foundation for future growth with the unlimited configurability and simplified collaboration of Kubix Link.

Relying on an expansive network of contractors on two continents, CAWÉ runs a highly structured operation that produces 20,000 to 25,000 pieces per week in 5-week cycles with tight turnarounds. Close management of contractor workloads is made possible through daily contact by telephone and e-mail. A custom-developed ERP system and barcode supply chain management enable the company to track material deliveries and production turnaround in real time.

The design office of workwear company Rentokil Initial’s European operations sought to modernize its internal processes and improve coordination of outsourced production. A product lifecycle solution was needed to manage daily contact with contractors working in five-week production cycles, with tight turnaround times at each stage.
