Creating apparel that goes from the slopes to the city
For over 100 years, Rossignol has been the benchmark in winter sports equipment, such as skis, snowboards and mountain bikes. Since 2015, the brand has expanded to also producing contemporary sportswear and street wear that is as well-suited for the city as it is for the slopes.
Rossignol’s operations concern all levels of the value chain, including marketing, R&D, sales administration, purchasing and manufacturing. The various teams’ use of multiple spreadsheets and product line-specific applications to communicate information was not only a difficult system to maintain but also it made it extremely difficult to ensure that everyone was working with the most up-to-date data.
Collaboration is key
Rossignol needed a solution that would allow the various teams to efficiently manage the brand’s multiple product categories by improving data structuring, sharing and storage. The teams also wanted a solution that would allow for closer collaboration and project monitoring to ensure on-time completion of projects.
