A traditional brand that is embracing digital innovation

Since 1845, Fremaux-Delorme has embodied French excellence and expertise in home linens. Boasting a heritage that has been passed down through six generations, the group designs, manufactures, and distributes refined collections under its own brands (Yves Delorme, Yves Delorme Couture, Desforges, Laurence Tavernier), as well as licenses for prestigious brands such as Kenzo, Ralph Lauren, Lacoste, Boss.

Present in more than 70 countries through 450 outlets, department stores, hotels, and e-commerce platforms, the group is continuing its expansion, notably with the acquisition of Maison de la Literie in 2023.

To support this growth and meet the needs of a volatile market, Fremaux-Delorme chose to manage its collections digitally with Kubix Link PLM.

Consolidating product data to better manage collections

With an outdated PDM system and complex development processes, Fremaux-Delorme had a clear objective: centralizing its data and improving their reliability to gain efficiency and agility.

The group wanted to:

  • Simplify product creation and coding,
  • Improve collaboration between teams,
  • Ensure information consistency and transparency,
  • Provide easy access to consolidated data via a single interface.

Measurable results from the first weeks

The deployment of Kubix Link PLM was fast: launched in September 2024, the project was operational as early as March 2025. The benefits were instant:

  • +50% faster product sheet creation,
  • Centralized and reliable data, reducing duplicates,
  • Better collaboration across departments,
  • Intuitive interface that streamlines onboarding.

Some product managers have already halved the time it takes to create a product sheet. The tool is intuitive, and the integrated visuals make daily work easier.

What about the future? Towards PIM integration

Fremaux-Delorme is now considering the future integration of the PIM (Product Information Management) module, a solution that complements the PLM tool. This integration would further improve communication between product development and digital teams, while ensuring data quality across all channels.
