Neptune strengthens its production workflow with Valia Furniture

UK-based Neptune is a luxury interior design brand known for its high-quality, highly customized residential sofas. At its Qingdao (China) site, a lean team of around 100 employees produces ~2,000 pieces a year with high-value fabrics, most of which are exported to the UK and Europe.

When demand began to rebound in 2025 following the COVID downturn, Neptune decided to accelerate its digital roadmap by upgrading its Furniture On Demand system  from Digital Cutting Platform to Valia Furniture, while retaining its installed Virga cutter. The result: faster workflows, stable operations, and renewed confidence after a challenging period.
