Lectra’s Shareholders’ Meeting held on June 1 appointed Jean Marie (“John”) Canan as a new Director, for a period of four years. Jean Marie Canan becomes a member of Lectra’s Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and Strategic Committee.

The combination of the two companies will give rise to a leading global player in Industry 4.0 for the fashion, automotive and furniture markets.

Following the expiration of the review period by the American regulatory authority, Lectra now has all the regulatory approvals required to finalize the acquisition project of Gerber Technology.
