With DesignConcept, furniture brands and manufacturers can reduce the number of needed physical prototypes, ensure design feasibility and secure product profitability. Zhongli chooses to serve as pilot site
Zhongli first began using DesignConcept in order to cope with increased customer demand for new styles and ever-shorter delivery times. After Zhongli Furniture adopted DesignConcept 3D, the volume of physical samples and sampling iterations decreased by up to 50%.
Due to its previous, positive experience with DesignConcept and Lectra in general, Zhongli responded with an enthusiastic yes when Lectra asked if the company would like to serve as a pilot site for the newest version of DesignConcept.

The latest version of DesignConcept provides an improved 3D to 2D pattern update process and definition of 3D/2D pattern characteristics. These, among other changes made to the virtual prototyping and product development software, will help Zhongli boost productivity and accelerate time to market.
