Sales & Service Administrator (f/m)

Ismaning (Munich Area), Germany
This position will be dedicated to the management of customer contracts and its administrative processes in close collaboration with regional Sales, the administrators in the region, Head Quarter and accounting.
Main responsibilities are:
- order processing and management,
- service contracts processing and management,
- master data and CIB (Customer Installed Base) management,
- license management in accordance with Lectra policies & rules, with the support of specific corporate reports,
- order management reporting to corporate at month’s end.
This position requires excellent communication skills, accuracy about figures, data and terms and conditions on all contracts / invoices / approvals, as well as sound knowledge of operations, order processing, invoicing and coordination of the whole delivery process (including customs issues) for Germany and the CEER markets (Central & Eastern Europe, Russia). Fluency in German and English is required.
